Nandanaa Srikanth is a junior at Presentation High School in San Jose, California. She joins Neolth as a Student Advisor, to help the company in their continued commitment to improved product design & student-centered experiences.
Nandanaa has been a Student Ambassador with Neolth since 2021 and became a Student Advisor to make a bigger impact and become more directly involved with the company and community. She has been a Student Council representative for two years and is part of the Girl Scouts, where she learned about mental health advocacy, earned a Girl Scouts Silver Award and is working towards a Gold Award.
Nandanaa also advocates for eliminating the literacy gap. She has been a youth and lead mentor for students learning literacy skills since she was a freshman, which inspired her to spread awareness about the issue of the literacy gap. For her efforts, she was awarded the student Jefferson Award.
When asked about Neolth, Nandanaa said, "Currently, there is still a great amount of stigma surrounding the topic, and I would definitely love to work to make conversations about it more valued and receptive…All of my middle school teachers responded that the school was incorporating SEL in their curriculum this year, and that Neolth would prove to be a helpful resource…[being a Student Advisor] would be a wonderful opportunity for me to give back and make this experience even better for other students.”
Nandanaa enjoys numerology, listening to music, the arts, and learning languages, among other things. She is currently proficient in Spanish, intermediate in Portuguese-BR, and is learning Catalan.
Neolth is looking forward to working with Nandanaa to support student wellbeing. Welcome Nandanaa to the team!
