We are thrilled to introduce our newest intern cohort - our new Fall 2023 interns! This diverse group of students and recent graduates are working towards more accessible, equitable mental health resources for students everywhere.
Content Creation Interns
Isabella Marcon is a clinical psychology student at the University of Central Florida. She's returning to Neolth for her third semester as our Lead Content Creation Intern to create a short film on her experience with grief. After creating 2 series this year, she’ll support new Content Creators through their journeys, as well.
Fara Rezaeepour is an MFA student at Columbia College Chicago where she’s studying directing. She joins Neolth to create her own video series of her personal mental health journey.
Crystal Thai is a psychology student at the University of Central Florida. She also joins Neolth to create a video series on her personal mental health experiences, with hopes of spreading awareness of mental health among students.
Zoe Stanton is a psychology student at Lehigh University. She returns to Neolth for a second semester to write blogs both for the Neolth app and our blog forum. Last semester, she created a video and blog series that will be live in 2024!
Editorial Interns
Ali Green is a psychology student at Emory University. She is returning to Neolth for the second semester as our Lead Editorial Intern. She’ll be writing for our blog forum, supporting other Editorial interns, and creating social media content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. She's especially passionate about providing mental health education and reducing stigma for students everywhere.
Harikha Maddigunta is a finance & digital and social media applications student at Indiana University. She joins Neolth to write for our blog forum and create social media content to combine her majors with her passion for psychology and mental health.
Jenna Zhao is an english & creative writing student at the University of Chicago. She also joins Neolth to write for our blog forum and create social media content. With a passion for mental health and writing, she’s excited to learn new editorial skills in this capacity.
Alexandra Pekarthy is a recent graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She is returning to Neolth after spending the summer creating a video and blog series about her struggles with anxiety and agoraphobia. This semester, she’ll be supporting the Student Ambassador Program and writing blogs for the Forum!
Outreach Interns
Alisha Kongara is a graduate of Georgia Tech, with her Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering. This semester, she’ll be using her desire to make a difference to host events for students, supporting the Student Ambassador Program, and creating social media content to reduce stigma.
Irha Khan is a psychology student at Heriot-Watt University in Dubai, UAE, and will be studying in Edinburgh this semester. She's worked with Neolth for the past few semesters as Dubai’s Lead Student Ambassador, helping us to expand the program internationally. She’ll be hosting events for international Ambassadors and helping us expand the program into Europe this fall.
Skyler Goldin is a finance & entrepreneurship student at Lehigh University. She joins Neolth as part of the Startup Academy program at Lehigh@NasdaqCenter. With an understanding of the power of marketing and branding, she is interested in the mental health sphere and will help us with a variety of marketing and outreach initiatives.
