What types of practices will I get?
Our written and audio relaxation practices each take between 3 - 20 minutes to complete. The practices are in English. Each month, you can tell us what types of practices you want to receive. Currently, we have guided practices from the following categories: (1) journaling (2) breathing exercises (3) guided imagery (4) meditation (5) creative art (6) mindfulness and (7) cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Who makes the content on Neolth?
Neolth relaxation practices and expert advice videos are made by doctors and therapists who are mental health specialists. To learn more, see the Featured Creators page. The Student Stories are made by real students who are sharing their authentic mental health experiences.

What content will I have access to?
When you first sign up, you'll receive starter practices from each practice type and five relaxation practices personalized for your needs. You'll also have access to our hundreds of Student Stories and Expert Advice content. Each month you get five new relaxation practices after completing your monthly check-in. We also release new community content throughout the month. You'll have 24/7 access to all your content.

Which devices can I use?
You can access Neolth's web-based platform from any device by navigating to cloud.neolth.com. You can also download Neolth in the Apple and Android app store. Some office networks restrict access to certain websites. If you have trouble accessing Neolth from your office, please try from your network at home.

How do I link my account with
my counselor?
If your counselor prescribed Neolth, they will send you an HCP code. Use this code when you register to link your account. If you already created an account, link your counselor by adding their HCP code in your account settings. You will not be linked to a counselor unless you give your permission by adding their HCP code to your account.

How is my data used?
We use your data to personalize your Neolth content and help you track your progress. If you linked your counselor to your Neolth account, they will receive your engagement and self-reported health data. Neolth is HIPAA-compliant, which means that we protect your personal health information and do not share it with any third parties. For more information see our Privacy Policy.

Do I have free access?
If your school or organization provides Neolth as a health service, then you have free access. Sign up with your school email address or referral code for free access. If you would like your school to provide Neolth as a free health service, contact your Director of Counseling or Student Wellness. We offer a 30 day free trial for everyone!

What if I have problems with my account?
If you have problems with your account or further questions for the Neolth team, please email us at support@neolth.com.

How does the subscription work?
If you don't receive free access through your school or organization, you can sign up for a recurring monthly or annual subscription and can cancel anytime.

Who can sign up as an HCP?
Any accredited healthcare provider can sign up as an HCP. This includes a MD, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCSW, PT, DPT, ATR, DO, ND, NP, PA, etc. When you sign up, we'll ask you to submit your credentials and affiliation. We'll verify that you're a HCP through our approval process and activate your account within 24 hours. Once your account is approved and activated, you'll be able to start using Neolth.
